This last week's loss to Anoka was a tough one because, I think I speak for all of us when I say, we feel the girls’ performances throughout the night did not truly reflect the scores they were given. While it’s a tough pill to swallow, I want to commend our girls for their positive attitudes despite the frustrations throughout the evening. They left it all out on the floor and only should be proud of their performances!

This last week’s gymnast of the week went to one of our captains, Joie Naber, for being so attentive to her teammates' needs. She’s quick to check on someone having a rough day, often has words of encouragement, and always makes everyone laugh when we need it…and even when we think we don’t. She also received her highest beam score in her royal career on Thursday night! Congratulations Jo!
