Week 12 | January 24-30
The Royal Invite is officially happening this week!
Before we dive into all things invite, we do have another home meet this week at ERHS and it is our parents night! If you could please RSVP with your name + athletes name, we will announce you during our march in.
We will attempt to start march in a bit sooner than normal around 6:10pm so please plan your arrival time accordingly. We will have a photo backdrop banner set up so you can get a photo with your athlete to kick off the meet!
The girls will be having a pasta dinner Monday night right after practice at ERHS, so pick up should be planned for around 6 or 6:30.

Wednesday we will practice at ERHS and have just our Sections line up at practice to have their routines reviewed by a judge so we can be ready to bring our best foot forward for both our invite and sections in a couple weeks. Our JV girls have remained incredibly solid throughout the season and will welcome them to take the night off!

Friday night we will have access to The Den (the new gym at RHS) at 4:30pm. The truck will be parallel to a double wide door that leads directly from where it is parked and into the gym space.
We will need to unload and set up all the equipment, as well as some chairs for athlete zones, tables for judges, the score table, the fundraising table, signs directing people to the concessions area, a photo spot, and I'm sure there will be more. The more we work together and the more hands we have, the faster we can get the gym ready to rock for Saturday!
