Week 01 has been a blast so far, getting to know each other better and diving back into their skills all while piecing together the start of their new routines for the competition season...which is only 10 practices away as of today!!

New & Returning athletes and families should view this post for important information regarding the upcoming 2022-2023 season!

Mandatory Summer gym set up will take place June 16th and/or June 17th starting at 2pm. Thursday will be bars/beam/vault while Friday will be floor/cleaning. We need a minimum of 7-10 athletes each day to sign up.

Summer season is coming and that means upgrade season for the Royal Queens! This three day a week program is designed for the athletes to have ample time on all four events, pit, rod floor, and strap bar access, and endurance + strength conditioning.

This summer we are going to step the team training up a notch. We will practice Monday-Wednesday 2:30-4:30. Tuesdays will be at Rev and Mondays & Wednesdays at ERHS

The Royal Queens ended there season beautifully by leaving it all out on the floor and showing off the thing they love most at our Sections meet last week!

LET'S HEAR IT FOR OUR NWSC JV CONFERENCE CHAMPIONS!!!The girls worked their butts off all season and finished the year completely undefeated within the conference as well as finishing first at Saturday's championship meet.

Rogers Gymnastics had competed as their own team at sections for the past 15 years and been a team all its own for the past 8, and for the first time in history, we got to hold a meet inside OUR home.

Before we dive into all things invite, we do have another home meet this week at ERHS and it is our parents night! If you could please RSVP with your name + athletes name, we will announce you during our march in.

With a new record label and a 16 date international tour, everyone’s favorite local band is about to become a much bigger deal.
